7th Grade worked hard to create VOLUME OF EVERYDAY 3D SHAPES PROJECTS
- They worked independently, in pairs or in groups and had to choose 10 items in everyday life, define the shape, determine the measurements and find the volume. They then went on to create a scale model of one of their shapes and conclude the volume of the model. They did a great job and got very creative! 6-2 & MRS. MOORE'S MUMMY WRAP
RELIGION- CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD
Class 6-2 did a project where they researched Christmas around the world in different countries and then shared with the class the history, tradition, songs, recipes and other interesting facts they found out. They also each brought in objects to share with the class.
EIGHTH GRADE EVERY DAY FUNCTION PROJECTS
Eighth grade created every day function rules in various situations. They range from singular rules applied to many inputs producing multiple outputs to several function rules for a given company with different inputs and outputs each. Which ever they decided to do these students showed their knowledge and application of mathematical functions in everyday life. Their work can be found below.

In Religion we learned about being stewards of God's creations. We discussed some of the possibilities of things we could do. Students were to create a poem, essay or poster demonstrating the ways in which we can. Some of their work is found below:
